Dharma

In the Yogic context, Dharma is known as purpose.

Purpose, however, is a subjective experience based purely through the perspective of the perceiver.

Is there a collective purpose though?  Like our purpose on this planet?

I'd like to explore this possibility with you.

Let us begin with what our collective Dharma is.

My Guru Anandji is an incredible being of light and infinite wisdom, we all are, some just have tapped into the stream of infinite intelligence.  He is one of them and shares ways in which we can reach an elevated state of consciousness.

What I learned about Dharma is many things but one line of narrative in particular touched me, which is, "We must move out of Karma and into Dharma."  Now, like I said above, Dharma is a subjective experience so maybe to answer my question about, what our collective Dharma is, maybe it is exactly what this line is telling us...to move out of Karma and into Dharma.  I guess now we should define what Karma is because this word is ambiguous in nature due to the extensive influence it has in particular religions like Buddhism and Hinduism in particular.

My definition of Karma as taught by Anandji is: living in bondage.  To further this definition, I mean to be a slave to what it, victimizing yourself, a state of no liberation, chained down but your circumstances, stuck in a deep hole that is merely an illusion created from Karmic living.  This is Karma.  Living in bondage.  On the opposite end of this, there is liberation or Kryic action/Dharmic living.

When we live to be liberated, we live Kriyically, not Karmically.

Dharma, or purpose, is to move out of Karma.  When we do this, its almost like the lens we look through clears up, the clouds subside and the sun shines, our bodies feel lighter, stress melting away, and an easeness comes forth in our approach to life.  I speak to this in this way because of my personal experience.

I must say though, this just doesn't happen one time and walla!  It takes diligent and conscious effort and reminders to yourself daily what this purpose is.  You'll begin to notice how differently you approach situations whether it be the way you see someone, hear them, the internal observance, the way you respond, whatever it may be!  When we move from Karma to Dharma, you WILL notice a difference, one that is positively aiding the evolution of our ever expanding consciousness.

Imagine a world were we liberate ourselves from our "problems" and live free.  Imagine what this will be.
